About Mike

I started getting interested in tech when I was 7 by taking apart old electronics. Early on in 2004 I also learned about computer hardware by upgrading my family computer with a new AGP ATI Radeon 9550 to gain more FPS for an RC flight simulator. With that card, I also learned about overclocking and even installing custom drivers from OmegaDrivers.net. During the late MySpace days, I taught myself HTML and CSS, and still build sites today with WordPress like this site. Around 2006 I purchased a PSP and learned about Jailbreaking it with custom firmware. This trend continued for me into iPods, iPhones, and the Xbox 360 to name a few.

In 2011 my parents had given me money as a graduation gift. With that, I was finally able to build a PC by selecting every component by myself. This included the Cooler Master NV 690 case, ASUS Sabertooth 990FX AM3+ motherboard, AMD FX-8350 Black Edition CPU, and EVGA GeForce GTX 570 GPU. Before that, I had an old Dell with a BFG Tech GeForce GTX 275 GPU.
